Make-Ready Technician - The Abbey at Copper Creek

Assist with moving and replacing appliances, inspect or repair faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs, and perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking. Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, change HVAC filters, clean carpets using commercial equipment, and assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep. Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance as part of a required rotation. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and can work weekends.
