Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, while picking up trash around buildings, parking areas, and shared spaces. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other communal areas to keep the property free of debris. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents. This role supports Tarantino Properties' apartment communities in San Antonio, TX, where we prioritize resident care and team well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
