Job Summary
Complete work orders based on priority, including make-readies, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep for multi-family properties. Maintain a clean shop, provide weekly parts lists, and assist in emergency call coverage while treating residents and vendors professionally. Adhere to all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. Competitive hourly pay includes bonuses, PTO, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
Desired Qualifications
