Make Ready Technician

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. Execute refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards while walking the property daily. Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards and maintain accurate records of all tasks. Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings. Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials, and carry out maintenance aspects of the community in the Maintenance Supervisor's absence, including scheduling staff and vendors. Order new supplies and work with the Community Manager on necessary improvements.
