Make Ready Technician

Job Summary
Make Ready Technician responsible for performing grounds and housekeeping services to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, as well as responding to related service requests. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, refurbishing and renovation per company standards, maintaining storage areas, and ensuring safety. Must be able to walk the property, notify Community Manager of safety concerns, maintain task records, and support Maintenance Supervisor in absence of supervision. Education preference is a high school diploma or GED; prior custodial/housekeeping or apartment experience preferred; strong English communication skills and computer proficiency are valued. The position is with The NRP Group, a full-service multifamily developer, general contractor, and property manager with operations across multiple markets.
Required Qualifications

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred
