Make Ready Technician - Multifamily

Make Ready Technician for a multifamily property responsible for preparing units for new residents and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall market-ready condition. Key duties include inspecting vacated units, conducting make-ready tasks (lighting, locks, appliances, doors, fixtures, painting, A/C filters, and shelving), coordinating with the Senior Maintenance Technician and Property Manager, assisting with cleaning and trash-out, maintaining grounds, and ensuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing). The role involves training and mentoring maintenance staff, completing Grace Hill courses, preparing units for move-ins, documenting inspections and repairs, and supporting the property team to deliver high-quality service.
