Make Ready Technician

Inspect vacated apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures, then complete make ready checklists and work orders meeting Hilltop Residential standards. Assist with building and common area maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and keeping grounds neat. Must be able to paint and rotate on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies. Requires 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience, valid driver's license, and availability for flexible schedules including weekends. EPA license is a plus, and the company supports obtaining HVAC certification upon hiring.
