Make-Ready Technician

Make-Ready Technician responsible for preparing apartment homes to be move-in ready. Duties include assisting with moving and replacing appliances, inspecting and repairing faucets, sinks, tubs, tiles, and plugs; performing light painting, drywall patching, and caulking; replacing or repairing ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more; changing HVAC filters and reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor; cleaning carpets with commercial equipment; assisting with apartment trash-outs and grounds upkeep; and supporting the team with after-hours on-call maintenance in rotation. Requires minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience; HVAC certification preferred. Requires willingness to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation.
