Job Summary
Make Ready Technician I responsible for transforming vacated apartments into move-in ready homes, performing repairs, replacing fixtures, testing appliances, changing HVAC filters, painting, and touch-ups to ensure units look pristine for new residents. Must maintain safety, assist the maintenance team, and interact professionally with residents on-site. Requires hands-on experience in general maintenance or handyman work, strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Valid driver's license needed for vehicle use or supply runs. Standard hours are full-time, Monday–Friday with possible on-call emergencies; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay. Education and experience prerequisites include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant work experience; prior building maintenance or painting in commercial/residential environments is preferred.
