Make Ready Technician I

Make Ready Technician I is responsible for transforming recently vacated apartments into move-in ready homes. Duties include apartment refreshes such as repairing surfaces, replacing fixtures, testing appliances, changing HVAC filters, touching up flooring and carpet, and applying fresh paint to ensure units are sparkling clean for new residents. Must follow safety standards, support the maintenance team, and interact professionally with residents on-site. Requires hands-on maintenance skills, attention to detail, punctuality, reliability, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional on-call hours; company-provided tools with employees bringing their own toolkit. Education: high school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; must be 18+; physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds. Location: TEWKSBURY, MA, USA.
