Job Summary
Make Ready Technician I executes apartment-refresh duties to transform vacated units into move-in ready homes. Responsibilities include repairing surfaces, replacing fixtures, testing appliances, changing HVAC filters, touching up flooring and paint, and ensuring safety standards. Supports the maintenance team as needed, interacts professionally with residents on-site, and maintains a detail-oriented, reliable approach. Requires at least 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site role with a typical weekday schedule and occasional on-call hours; tools and supplies are provided, and a personal toolkit is encouraged. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred. Travel and safety considerations align with standard property-management operations.
