Job Summary
Respond to resident work orders for interior and exterior repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and fixture installations. Maintain property readiness by preparing units for move-in and managing grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting. Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns and document all service requests, logs, and maintenance activities accurately. Assist in market-ready unit preparation while ensuring a safe, customer-focused environment across apartment homes, pools, laundry rooms, and leasing offices. Full-time on-premise role with occasional weekend availability and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Criminal screening
- Driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
- Physical ability to lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to accomplish weights exceeding 50 pounds with assistance from one or more people
- Willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of tools
- Basic knowledge of household appliances
- Basic knowledge of structures
- Availability for weekends based on business needs
- Ability to attend monthly safety meetings performed by the Property Manager
