Make Ready Technician

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks while ensuring all systems and appliances function properly. Replace light fixtures, hardware, screens, locks, and blinds, then inspect units for quality standards to create a strong first impression. Report major repair needs to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager and support the team with curb appeal projects and minor work orders. Maintain a clean and organized make-ready area and supply inventory to ensure timelines are met for leasing goals. This role requires frequent physical labor, including bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, with availability to work Saturdays.
