Job Summary
Make Ready Technician responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the apartment community, preparing vacant homes for new residents, responding to work orders in a timely manner, and performing preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electrical and plumbing repairs, lock installation, pool maintenance, minor carpentry/painting, appliance installation and repairs, and maintaining grounds and common areas free of debris. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of maintenance experience; EPA/HVAC certification preferred. 40 hours per week; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, life and disability coverages, 401k, paid holidays and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years general maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools and carpentry
- EPA and/or HVAC certification preferred
