Make Ready Technician - Apartment Maintenance

Apartment Make Ready Technician responsible for restoring vacated units to move-in ready condition. Duties include inspecting apartments, completing make-ready checklists, performing repairs and replacements in drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, appliance troubleshooting/repair, pool maintenance as needed, and ensuring windows, doors, locks, shelves, baseboards, and more are in good condition. Additional tasks include creating new keys, managing lock changes for incoming residents, and assisting with cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance alongside the team. The role emphasizes hands-on repairs, strong diagnostic/problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.
