Job Summary
Make Ready Technician responsible for inspecting vacated apartments, completing make-ready checklists, performing repairs and replacements (drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing), appliance troubleshooting, pool maintenance as needed, creating new keys and managing lock changes for new residents, and assisting with cleaning and groundskeeping as part of the maintenance team to ensure move-in ready units and resident satisfaction. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong diagnostic/problem-solving abilities, and on-call availability; emphasizes teamwork and communication in a sustainable, LEED/ENERGY STAR certified luxury apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance and Repair (Painting, Drywall, Basic Electrical, and Plumbing)
- On-call availability for evenings and weekend rotations
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
