Make Ready Technician - 10 West Edge

Performs make-ready work to bring vacant apartment homes to market-ready condition by completing repairs and improvements per the community’s make-ready checklist. Tasks include caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers; inspecting and repairing sheetrock; performing touch-up painting; assisting in grounds, common areas, and amenities cleaning and upkeep (e.g., pressure-washing breezeways, pool areas, curbs, signage); supports cost-control by using materials efficiently; completes make-ready documentation and safety trainings; maintains resident relations by addressing questions and completing work orders with efficiency and urgency; physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance); occasional travel and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; role is on-site at 10 West Edge, Charleston, SC.
