Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, breezeways, stairwells, and shared spaces. Pick up trash from buildings, parking areas, and common spaces while keeping the property clean and free of debris. Maintain dumpster and trash areas and assist the maintenance team with light tasks as needed. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
