Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, while keeping the property clean and free of trash. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and shared spaces; pick up trash around buildings and parking areas; maintain dumpster and trash zones. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents. 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience is preferred. Competitive pay includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
