Job Summary
Complete unit turns, address maintenance needs, and ensure homes are clean and move-in ready. Execute service requests within 24 hours, including HVAC repairs, light electrical and plumbing work, painting, carpentry, and custodial tasks in common areas. Manage pool chemical levels, perform grounds work, and handle emergency on-call duties for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. Maintain key control, manage meter cutoffs, and assist with property upkeep to ensure a safe, attractive community.
