Job Summary
Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing unit turns, addressing maintenance needs, and ensuring each home is clean, functional, and move-in ready. Execute customer service requests within 24 hours, including general maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, light electrical and plumbing work, painting, carpentry, and grounds upkeep. Perform custodial duties in common areas, manage pool chemical levels, and handle emergency on-call coverage for evening, weekend, and holiday schedules. Maintain key control, manage meter cutoffs, and assist in property refurbishment to uphold community standards.
