Make-Ready Specialist – Folio

Make-Ready Specialist role responsible for completing repairs and improvements to apartment homes to meet market-ready standards. Duties include caulking/sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers; inspecting and repairing sheetrock; performing touch-up painting; maintaining grounds and common areas; cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas; following make-ready checklists; supporting cost-control by using materials efficiently; adhering to safety policies (OSHA-related) and reporting incidents promptly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs alone and 50 lbs with assistance; travel occasionally to assist other properties; and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
