Make Ready

As a Make Ready, you prepare resident units for move-in by inspecting the unit and ensuring it’s move-in ready. You’ll coordinate trash-out with the grounds team, inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, safety devices, and the unit’s construction for damages like chipped paint or missing flooring. You’ll identify parts and supplies needed, perform routine maintenance such as replacing exterior bulbs, maintaining irrigation, and inspecting safety equipment, and complete service requests including water/sewer extraction and door/mailbox lock changes before handing the unit to the leasing team. Must have a valid driver license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with coverage across all seven days as needed.
