Job Summary
Make Ready / Porter Technician responsible for preparing vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements; maintain snow removal and grounds cleaning/maintenance of common areas; keep the property clean and free of trash and debris; assist the maintenance team with light tasks; report maintenance or safety concerns to management; provide residents with outstanding customer service. Requires at least 12 months of onsite experience, knowledge of painting, basic makeready skills, knowledge of keying/rekeying units, and appliances; able to stand and walk for extended periods, push/pull/lift/carry up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance; bilingual in Spanish; willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
