Job Summary
Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status by completing full turn processes for drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting. Repair or replace appliances, faucets, locks, windows, and perform carpentry and tile installation. Complete necessary administrative paperwork and assist with snow and ice removal as required. Possess own tools, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate effectively with residents and co-workers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential. Compensation ranges from $20.33 to $23.86 per hour based on experience.
