Job Summary
Make Ready Maintenance Technician responsible for restoring vacant apartments to market-ready status, completing full vacant turn including drywall repairs, painting, caulking and grouting; repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, windows; perform carpentry and ceramic tile installation; assist with snow and ice removal; maintain tools and perform administrative paperwork; communicate professionally with residents and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance preferred but willing to train
- HVAC Certification or experience preferred but willing to train
- Possess own tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Effective communication with residents and co-workers
