Job Summary
Inspect vacated residential units and complete the Make Ready Checklist to restore properties to market-ready condition. Perform repairs including painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance installation, tile work, door re-keying, and filter changes. Assist with quality control inspections and complete work orders for preventative maintenance. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency calls. Own hand tools and safely perform duties involving standing, walking, climbing ladders up to 32ft, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Own hand tools
- Requires standing and walking
- Requires frequent operation of maintenance equipment, such as tools, cleaning equipment, etc.
- Frequent stretching and / or bending to access equipment, objects in need of repair, etc.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Climbing ladders (up to 32ft) possible
