Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, while keeping the property free of trash and debris. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and shared spaces; maintain dumpster areas; and assist the maintenance team with light tasks as needed. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management to help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents. This role includes on-call rotation and requires 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
