Make Ready Homestead Oaks

Make Ready Technician at Foundation Communities responsible for restoring vacated apartments to market-ready status and supporting property operations. Duties include removing litter and debris, trashing out vacated units, assisting with work orders and exterior projects, cleaning and maintaining storage rooms, distributing resident communications, staying informed via emails, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Role may require working at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area as needed; physical tasks include extensive standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions; OSHA knowledge and fair housing training are preferred. Compensation is $19.12 per hour with full benefits; equal opportunity employer.
