Make Ready

Complete service requests and perform apartment turns, including make-ready repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance. Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections throughout the community while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies and deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
