Job Summary
Conduct daily property walks to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal, picking up trash and debris throughout the community including common areas and the leasing office. Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely while preparing vacant apartments for new residents and organizing maintenance storage. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage promptly and assist with maintaining pools, amenities, and common areas. Provide friendly customer service to residents and guests, support nearby communities when needed, and safely lift up to 50 pounds while working on ladders and stairs. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work comfortably on ladders and stairs
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of make-ready, groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or related maintenance experience
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, with basic English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining attractive apartment communities
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation
