Job Summary

Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care, including evaluation and management of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and end-stage renal disease. Manage dialysis patients and develop comprehensive care plans for kidney transplant evaluation and post-transplant management. Collaborate with primary care providers, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients on kidney disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options to promote long-term kidney health and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist
  • Active New York State License
