Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic kidney conditions (CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, ESRD), manage dialysis patients and kidney transplant evaluation/post-transplant care, collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to ensure coordinated care, and educate patients on kidney disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options to promote long-term kidney health.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist
- Active New York State License
