Job Summary
Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Diagnose and manage CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, and ESRD; oversee dialysis patients; participate in transplant evaluation and post-transplant management; educate patients on kidney disease prevention and treatment options; coordinate with primary care providers and specialists to deliver comprehensive kidney care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist
- Active New York State License
