Job Summary
Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care as part of a multidisciplinary team at White Plains Hospital Physician Associates. responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic kidney conditions (CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, ESRD), managing dialysis patients, coordinating kidney transplant evaluation and post-transplant care, collaborating with primary care providers and other specialists (cardiology, endocrinology, etc.), and educating patients on kidney disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Requires completion of medical school, board certification or eligibility in nephrology, and an active New York State medical license. The role emphasizes patient-focused care, collaboration, and continuous professional development within a supportive benefits program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist
- Active New York State License
