Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team, record session data accurately, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and their families. Roles start part-time with a 6-month commitment; paid training is provided. Ideal candidates have RBT certification prior to working, are willing to learn, and possess patience and compassion to support children with Autism. Opportunities include fellowship and internship programs to accumulate supervised hours, with potential for professional advancement within the ABA field. Jointly contribute to a robust clinical team, spreading awareness of opportunities and ensuring high-quality care for clients.
Required Qualifications
