Job Summary
Independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (1099 contractor) deliver trauma-informed care to wildland first responders nationwide, offering confidential, evidence-based individual and group therapy with a hybrid delivery model (telehealth + on-site). Responsibilities include trauma specialization across PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use; proactive/reactive crisis intervention; comprehensive diagnostic assessments; and development of precise treatment plans. Requires Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline and current independent licensure; preferred 2+ years post-licensure and experience with military/first-responder populations; modalities include trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure). Roles available across 17 states with flexible hybrid scheduling and clinical autonomy as a 1099 partner.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline
- Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience (preferred)
- Experience working with military/first-responder or high-acuity trauma populations
- Specialized training in trauma-focused therapies (EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure)
