Job Summary

Lead on-site behavioral health leadership role overseeing a team of Child Well-Being Specialists to ensure timely, high-quality trauma-informed care for children in DHS care within federal facilities. Provide clinical guidance, supervise staff, liaise with CBP/DHS, coordinate staffing and surge coverage, contribute to program improvements, and mentor staff across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
  • Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LICSW or LMFT or LPC or LP)
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in child development, trauma-informed care, clinical evaluation
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services
