Job Summary
Provide trauma-focused clinical care to federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers as a 1099 contractor. Deliver individual and group therapy (PTSD, complex trauma, crisis intervention) with both telehealth and on-site engagements. Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans, focusing on occupational stress and trauma exposure in first responders. Maintain clinical autonomy, schedule flexibility, and participate in a nationwide program with hybrid delivery options across 17 states.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline
- Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care
- Proven Expertise with military, first-responder, or other high-acuity/trauma populations
- Modalities: EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy
