Job Summary
Independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians are being recruited as 1099 contractors to join Blue Rose Consulting Group’s nationwide trauma-care network for federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a hybrid work model (virtual telehealth and scheduled on-site engagement) to deliver individual and group therapy addressing PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use, with comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline
- Current Independent Licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
- Proven experience with military/first-responder/high-acuity/trauma populations
- Modalities: trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy)
