Job Summary
Senior Director, Network & Member Solutions at MAI leads growth and engagement across a 700+ member network, curates and deploys member solutions with vendors, and champions the data platform. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding members, sourcing and onboarding vendor solutions, mapping solutions to member needs, enabling adoption with grant-funded incentives, hosting high-touch events, coordinating with communications, building coalitions with funders and health-system partners, and maintaining a repeatable workflow from needs assessment to solution adoption and impact tracking. Requires strong relationship management, event facilitation, program management, and experience with CRM/membership systems. Compensation $130k-$160k annually; remote-first with regular in-person events and travel across New York State and beyond. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus; 5–8 years in related fields; familiarity with health and human services landscape and data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years in business development, strategic partnerships, consultative or B2B sales, channel/marketplace development, or membership management
- Experience with CRM/membership systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar)
