Make a Real Difference with a Simple Walk – Walking companion, North Turramurra

Accompany a resident on regular wheelchair walks through the local community to provide companionship, social connection, and a sense of freedom. Share observations and simply be present to build a meaningful relationship, helping to improve quality of life and reduce isolation. No experience is necessary; full training, support, and orientation will be provided. Visits occur on Mondays or Wednesdays between 10:30-11:30am, weekly or fortnightly, for applicants aged 18 and over. An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required, with costs covered if needed.
