Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment and building meaningful connections with families. Work in clients' homes and community-based settings as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician. You must obtain RBT certification before providing services, though paid training is available to eligible candidates. Commit at least six months to the role to make a lasting impact on children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
- Part-time positions
- Candidates who are committed to making a lasting impact and are willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
