Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment for clients with Autism. This role is part-time and includes paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before beginning services. Candidates must be willing to dedicate at least six months to the role and obtain RBT certification prior to providing care. Services are delivered in clients' homes and community-based settings.
