Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior while serving as an integral member of the clinical team. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices and foster a positive, engaging learning environment for children with Autism. Build meaningful connections with families and implement individualized skill-building programs based on care plans. Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings for part-time positions. Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services, with paid training and support available to earn it. Commitment of at least six months is required. Work alongside a strong clinical team committed to supporting your success, with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement through BCBA schooling program partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
  • Part-time positions
  • Candidates who are committed to making a lasting impact and are willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
