Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans. Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive, engaging learning environment for clients. Work alongside a strong clinical team in clients' homes and community-based settings, with opportunities to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours through fellowship and internship programs. Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services, supported by paid training and ongoing assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services
- Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
- Part-time positions
- Candidates who are committed to making a lasting impact and are willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
