Job Summary
Non-medical in-home caregiver role in Franklin Park, IL for Always Best Care Chicagoland. Provides support to seniors to help them stay safe and independent at home, including medication reminders, assistance with ambulation and mobility, personal care and hygiene, facilitating physical therapy exercises, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reporting incidents to the Care Coordinator. Requires 1+ year of home care experience, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work full-time or part-time. Must be compassionate, reliable, and possess strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills; health and safety standards adherence is expected. Training is provided, with benefits such as weekly pay, direct deposit, paid time off, and health insurance availability.
