Job Summary
Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers provide non-medical in-home care to clients who cannot perform daily living activities. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, ambulation, mouth care, feeding, transferring, toileting/incontinence care, medication reminders, skin care, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and companionship. The role emphasizes delivering care in a respectful, standards-based manner in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- TB certificate
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents
- Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508)
- Personnel Record (LIC 501)
- Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders (SOC 341A)
- Entry-level training prior to presence with client(s)
