Job Summary
Use your proven sales skills to evangelize Sonar’s code quality management philosophy to developers, decision-makers, and procurement across diverse industries. Generate new leads within an assigned account set, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, onboard customers through their Sonar journey, size and quote software license needs, and negotiate upgrades. Interact with customers via phone, email, video conferences, and on-site meetings when necessary; support marketing with account-based campaigns; share sales best practices; and accurately capture opportunity data in Salesforce to forecast pipeline. Proven success in a B2B SaaS environment, experienced in selling a technical product to technical buyers, and skilled at building relationships with enterprise customers will help drive upgrades and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
- SaaS or subscription model experience
- Experience selling a technical product to a technical buyer
- Account planning and prospecting experience
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, calling and networking
- Expertise in managing and growing a pipeline in existing accounts and closing deals
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers and negotiating deals over 100k USD
- Ability to communicate with executive-level contacts and deliver value messages
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
