Job Summary
Senior leadership role directing Major Projects in Water Infrastructure in Melbourne. Leads cross-disciplinary teams, drives client relationships, business development, and integrated engineering solutions across planning, design, construction, and operations for major water programs; responsible for project development, growth with key and emerging clients in Victoria, and delivery of multidisciplinary water infrastructure across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in multidisciplinary Water Infrastructure projects
- Demonstrable network and deep understanding of Victorian Water Infrastructure and broader Water project frameworks
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- Consultative communication style with ability to understand client needs and provide trusted advice
- Broad understanding of project delivery across planning, approvals, flooding, drainage and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and build trust in complex environments
